Skill India Apprenticeship 2026: 12वीं पास विद्यार्थियों के लिए ₹9,600 Stipend, Paid Training और Online Application Guide

बिहार बोर्ड या किसी अन्य मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 12वीं पास करने के बाद बहुत से विद्यार्थी ऐसी opportunity खोजते हैं, जिसमें उन्हें केवल classroom course न करना पड़े, बल्कि किसी company में काम सीखने के साथ हर महीने stipend भी मिले। ऐसे विद्यार्थियों के लिए Skill India Apprenticeship 2026 एक महत्वपूर्ण career option हो सकता है।

Apprenticeship में candidate किसी company या establishment के workplace पर practical training प्राप्त करता है। वह experienced supervisors के साथ वास्तविक काम सीखता है और training period के दौरान निर्धारित stipend प्राप्त कर सकता है। National Skill Development Corporation के अनुसार apprenticeship में थोड़े समय की theory learning के बाद on-the-job practical training दी जाती है। Apprentice वह व्यक्ति होता है जिसने किसी establishment के साथ apprenticeship contract किया हो। 

वर्ष 2026 में National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme का दूसरा चरण, यानी NAPS-2, देशभर में लागू है। इसके अंतर्गत सरकार eligible apprentices के stipend में आंशिक सहयोग देती है। सरकारी हिस्से का भुगतान Direct Benefit Transfer के माध्यम से apprentice के bank account में किया जाता है। NAPS के registration, contract approval, monitoring और benefit disbursement के लिए Apprenticeship India portal का उपयोग होता है। 

वर्तमान नियमों में school pass-outs के लिए stipend rates भी संशोधित किए गए हैं। जिन apprenticeship curricula में prescribed qualification Class 12 है, उनके लिए वर्तमान निर्धारित न्यूनतम stipend ₹9,600 प्रति माह है। संशोधित rates 11 सितंबर 2025 से लागू हुईं। Actual advertisement या employer इससे अधिक stipend भी दे सकता है। 

महत्वपूर्ण: ₹9,600 वर्तमान prescribed minimum rate है जहां apprenticeship curriculum की qualification Class 12 है और engagement Apprentices Act के तहत है। प्रत्येक vacancy में eligibility, stipend, duration, location और contract conditions अलग हो सकते हैं। Advertisement पढ़ें बिना केवल headline देखकर आवेदन न करें।

Skill India Apprenticeship 2026 Overview

NAPS-2 के अंतर्गत सरकार prescribed stipend का 25 प्रतिशत, अधिकतम ₹1,500 प्रति apprentice प्रति महीने तक DBT के माध्यम से देती है। बाकी stipend employer द्वारा दिया जाता है। इसलिए ₹1,500 को कुल stipend समझना गलत होगा। 

Skill India Apprenticeship क्या है?

Skill India Apprenticeship एक प्रकार की structured workplace training है। इसमें candidate केवल video lectures या किताबों से नहीं सीखता, बल्कि company के actual working environment में practical experience प्राप्त करता है।

उदाहरण के लिए apprenticeship role के अनुसार candidate को यह काम सीखने को मिल सकता है:

• Computer और office software का उपयोग
• Data entry और document management
• Billing और inventory support
• Customer service
• Retail operations
• Machine operation
• Production और quality checking
• Electronics assembly
• Logistics और warehouse support
• Sales और business-development processes
• Healthcare-support activities
• IT support
• Accounts और back-office work

Skill India Digital Hub apprenticeship को on-the-job learning और “earning while learning” opportunity के रूप में प्रस्तुत करता है। Platform learner के profile, location, interest और aspiration के आधार पर employment और apprenticeship opportunities recommend करने के लिए बनाया गया है। 

Apprenticeship केवल Course नहीं है

सामान्य skill course में candidate training centre या online platform पर skill सीखता है। Apprenticeship में candidate establishment के workplace पर काम करते हुए सीखता है।

इसीलिए apprenticeship से तीन महत्वपूर्ण लाभ मिल सकते हैं:

1. Practical workplace experience
2. Training period के दौरान stipend
3. Resume में industry exposure

Skill India Internship और Apprenticeship में क्या अंतर है?

12वीं पास विद्यार्थी “Skill India Internship” keyword अधिक search करते हैं, लेकिन अधिकतर official opportunities में सही शब्द Apprenticeship होता है।

NSDC के अनुसार apprentice वह candidate होता है जिसने establishment के साथ apprenticeship contract किया हो। Portal contract generation और registration को digitally manage करता है। 

NAPS और NATS में क्या अंतर है?

यह confusion बहुत common है। दोनों apprenticeship programmes हैं, लेकिन उनकी target qualifications अलग हो सकती हैं।

NAPS—National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme

NAPS Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship के अंतर्गत लागू apprenticeship programme है। इसमें school pass-outs, ITI, vocational-certificate holders और role के अनुसार अन्य candidates opportunities प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

12वीं पास candidates को मुख्य रूप से NAPS और Apprenticeship India portal की opportunities देखनी चाहिए। NAPS-2 देशभर में लागू है और इसका end-to-end implementation Apprenticeship India portal से किया जाता है। 

NATS—National Apprenticeship Training Scheme

NATS मुख्य रूप से degree और diploma pass-outs के लिए है। Official NATS registration module Engineering/Technology graduates, general-stream graduates, vocational graduates तथा diploma holders के enrollment को support करता है। केवल Class 12 qualification वाले candidate के लिए सामान्य NATS student registration उपयुक्त नहीं है। 

इसलिए 12वीं पास विद्यार्थी NATS registration में समय खराब करने के बजाय पहले NAPS vacancy eligibility देखें।

Skill India Apprenticeship 2026 का नया Update

NAPS-2 को FY 2022–23 से लागू किया जा रहा है। 27 जुलाई 2026 को जारी सरकारी जानकारी के अनुसार FY 2018–19 से 30 जून 2026 तक NAPS के अंतर्गत लगभग 52.98 लाख apprentices engage किए जा चुके थे। Apprenticeship portal पर 57,945 establishments registered थे, जिनमें 38,936 MSMEs शामिल थे। 

Government data के अनुसार scheme की मुख्य विशेषताएं हैं:

• Apprentice के bank account में DBT
• Actual industry environment में training
• Online registration और contract management
• MSMEs और establishments को जोड़ना
• Third-Party Aggregators के माध्यम से facilitation
• Apprenticeship Melas के माध्यम से opportunity access 

मार्च 2026 तक automotive, IT-ITeS, electronics, retail और manufacturing सहित विभिन्न sectors में 54 लाख से अधिक apprenticeship engagements दर्ज होने की जानकारी दी गई थी।

12वीं पास Candidate को कितना Stipend मिलेगा?

11 सितंबर 2025 से लागू revised stipend table के अनुसार:

यह minimum stipend उस qualification के अनुसार लागू होता है जो apprenticeship curriculum में निर्धारित है। कोई employer इससे अधिक payment कर सकता है। 

क्या सरकार पूरा ₹9,600 देती है?

नहीं। NAPS-2 में सरकार employer द्वारा दिए जाने वाले prescribed stipend का एक हिस्सा support करती है। वर्तमान व्यवस्था में सरकार का हिस्सा 25 प्रतिशत तक, अधिकतम ₹1,500 प्रति apprentice प्रति महीने है। शेष applicable stipend employer द्वारा दिया जाता है। Government share DBT से candidate के bank account में आता है। 

उदाहरण के लिए, यदि applicable minimum stipend ₹9,600 है, तो इसे केवल ₹1,500 की government payment समझना गलत है। Candidate को contract और payment structure ध्यान से पढ़ना चाहिए।

क्या सभी 12वीं पास को ₹9,600 मिलेगा?

नहीं। केवल 12वीं पास होने से automatic payment शुरू नहीं होगा। जरूरी है कि:

• candidate किसी valid apprenticeship vacancy के लिए selected हो;
• role की prescribed qualification Class 12 हो;
• apprenticeship contract register हो;
• candidate training और attendance conditions पूरी करे;
• employer तथा scheme rules लागू हों।

कुछ advertisements minimum से अधिक stipend, food, transport, uniform या accommodation भी दे सकते हैं। वहीं सामान्य internship या non-apprenticeship trainee job पर यह rate automatically लागू नहीं माना जा सकता।

Skill India Apprenticeship के लिए कौन Apply कर सकता है?

Eligibility हर job role और employer के अनुसार अलग होगी। सामान्य रूप से candidate को निम्न conditions पूरी करनी पड़ सकती हैं:

• किसी मान्यता प्राप्त board से 12वीं पास
• Advertisement में निर्धारित stream या subjects
• निर्धारित minimum और maximum age
• आवश्यक physical fitness
• Job location पर training करने की उपलब्धता
• Valid documents
• Aadhaar-linked details
• Bank account
• पहले उसी trade में apprenticeship न की हो, जहां ऐसी condition हो
• Vacancy की category और experience conditions

Apprentices Act के अनुसार सामान्य designated trades में apprentice की minimum age 14 वर्ष है। Hazardous industries से संबंधित designated trades के लिए minimum age 18 वर्ष है। Educational qualification और physical fitness trade के अनुसार निर्धारित होती है। 

व्यावहारिक रूप से अधिकांश 12वीं पास vacancies 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु मांग सकती हैं। Final age requirement हमेशा employer notification से जांचें।

क्या Bihar Board के विद्यार्थी Apply कर सकते हैं?

हाँ। यदि vacancy में केवल recognised board से 12वीं पास qualification मांगी गई है, तो Bihar School Examination Board से Intermediate पास candidate आवेदन कर सकता है।

Eligibility candidate के board से अधिक इन बातों पर निर्भर करेगी:

CBSE, CISCE और अन्य recognised boards के candidates भी vacancy conditions पूरी होने पर apply कर सकते हैं।

क्या Arts, Science और Commerce सभी Apply कर सकते हैं?

सभी streams के लिए opportunities हो सकती हैं, लेकिन एक ही vacancy में सभी eligible हों, यह जरूरी नहीं है।

क्या Skill India Apprenticeship Government Job है?

नहीं। यह समझना बहुत जरूरी है।

Skill India Digital, Apprenticeship India और National Career Service सरकारी platforms हैं, लेकिन इन platforms पर available हर opportunity सरकारी नौकरी नहीं होती।

Employer निम्न में से कोई हो सकता है:

• Private company
• MSME
• Manufacturing unit
• Government establishment
• Public-sector undertaking
• Retail organisation
• Service-sector company
• Authorised training establishment

Apprenticeship मुख्य रूप से training engagement है। इसे permanent government employment या regular सरकारी भर्ती नहीं माना जाना चाहिए।

Skill India Digital पर Registration कैसे करें?

Skill India Digital Hub students, education complete कर चुके candidates और employment की तलाश करने वाले learners के लिए courses, jobs और apprenticeship discovery services प्रदान करता है। 

Official NSDC support instructions के अनुसार basic learner-registration प्रक्रिया इस प्रकार है:

Step 1: Skill India Digital Hub खोलें

Official Skill India Digital Hub पर Register विकल्प चुनें।

Step 2: Mobile Number Verify करें

Active mobile number दर्ज करें और प्राप्त OTP से verification पूरा करें।

Step 3: Password या PIN बनाएं

Account access के लिए secure password/PIN बनाएं। इसे cyber café operator या अनजान व्यक्ति से साझा न करें।

Step 4: Aadhaar e-KYC पूरा करें

Official registration process में Aadhaar details और Aadhaar-linked mobile OTP के माध्यम से e-KYC कराया जा सकता है। 

Step 5: Candidate Profile पूरा करें

Profile में आवश्यकतानुसार यह जानकारी भरें:

Apprenticeship India Portal पर Apply कैसे करें?

NAPS apprenticeship के लिए official end-to-end portal Apprenticeship India है। यह establishment और candidate registration, contract generation तथा NAPS-related processing को digitally manage करता है। 

Step-by-Step Application Process

1. Apprenticeship India portal खोलें।
2. Candidate registration चुनें।
3. Mobile/email verification पूरा करें।
4. Personal profile भरें।
5. Educational qualification में Class 12 details जोड़ें।
6. Marksheet और मांगे गए documents upload करें।

8. Apprenticeship opportunities search करें।
9. Vacancy की eligibility पढ़ें।

Aadhaar और Bank Account क्यों जरूरी हैं?

NAPS-2 में government share का stipend DBT के माध्यम से apprentice के bank account में भेजा जाता है। इसलिए candidate के bank और identity details सही होना जरूरी है। 

Candidate को यह जांचना चाहिए:

• Bank account उसके अपने नाम पर हो।
• Account active हो।
• Aadhaar और bank name में बड़ा mismatch न हो।
• IFSC और account number सही हों।
• Bank account DBT receive करने योग्य हो।
• Dormant या closed account न दिया हो।

Bank OTP, ATM PIN, CVV और UPI PIN कभी employer या portal operator को न दें।

सही Apprenticeship Vacancy कैसे चुनें?

केवल high stipend देखकर apply करना सही strategy नहीं है। यह points भी देखें:

Role आपके Career से जुड़ा है या नहीं

Commerce student को accounts या inventory role अधिक useful हो सकता है। Science student technical, laboratory या production roles देख सकता है। Arts student administration, customer support और documentation roles पर विचार कर सकता है।

दूसरे राज्य की vacancy चुनने से पहले देखें:

Training Duration

Training कितने महीने की है और बीच में छोड़ने की conditions क्या हैं, यह contract में देखें।

Stipend

Stipend monthly है या attendance-based—notification पढ़ें। Payment date और deductions की जानकारी पूछें।

Working Hours

8-hour या shift-based duty हो सकती है। Overtime और weekly off की conditions verify करें।

Certificate

Contract apprentice और employer के बीच training agreement होता है। इसमें सामान्य रूप से ये details हो सकती हैं:

Contract Accept करने से पहले जांचें

• Stipend advertisement जैसा है।
• Location सही है।
• Role बदलकर कोई अन्य काम नहीं लिखा है।
• Duration स्पष्ट है।
• Employer का legal name सही है।
• कोई अनधिकृत security deposit नहीं है।
• Original certificate जमा रखने की condition नहीं है।
• Blank document पर signature नहीं कराया जा रहा है।

Apprenticeship पूरी होने के बाद क्या मिलेगा?

Successful completion के बाद apprentice को practical experience और applicable certification मिल सकते हैं।

NAPS ecosystem में पूर्ण training duration और practical assessment पूरा करने वाले apprentices के लिए Certificate of Proficiency को अतिरिक्त recognition के रूप में शुरू किया गया है। Government data के अनुसार इसे सितंबर 2025 में launch किया गया था। 

इस certificate और experience का उपयोग candidate:

• Resume में कर सकता है
• अगली private job application में दिखा सकता है
• Skilled role के interview में उपयोग कर सकता है
• Industry experience demonstrate करने में कर सकता है

Certificate मिलने की exact condition role, assessment और scheme rules के अनुसार जांचें।

क्या Apprenticeship के बाद Permanent Job मिलेगी?

Permanent job की guarantee नहीं होती।

Employer apprentice की performance, vacancy, business requirement और company policy के आधार पर job offer दे सकता है। NAPS-2 की third-party evaluation के बारे में मार्च 2026 की सरकारी जानकारी में surveyed apprentices में लगभग 72 प्रतिशत ने training के बाद full-time employment offers मिलने की सूचना दी थी, लेकिन इसे प्रत्येक candidate के लिए guaranteed placement नहीं माना जाना चाहिए। 

Permanent employment की संभावना बढ़ाने के लिए:

• Attendance अच्छी रखें।
• Safety rules follow करें।
• Supervisor से feedback लें।
• काम समय पर पूरा करें।
• Communication skills सुधारें।
• Excel/computer जैसी additional skills सीखें।
• Training certificate सुरक्षित रखें।
• Resume update करें।

Apprenticeship करते हुए Graduation कर सकते हैं?

यह training timing, college mode और employer policy पर निर्भर करेगा।

Regular college और full-time apprenticeship की timings टकरा सकती हैं। इसलिए दोनों साथ करने से पहले:

• College attendance rule देखें।
• Apprenticeship shift check करें।
• Employer से लिखित clarification लें।
• Distance या online programme की recognition जांचें।
• Exam leave policy पूछें।

Skill India Apprenticeship 2026 क्या है?

यह workplace-based training opportunity है जिसमें candidate किसी establishment में practical काम सीखता है और applicable conditions के अनुसार stipend प्राप्त करता है।

क्या 12वीं पास विद्यार्थी apply कर सकते हैं?

हाँ। जिन vacancies में prescribed qualification Class 12 या equivalent है, उनमें eligible 12वीं पास candidates आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

12वीं पास apprentice का minimum stipend कितना है?

वर्तमान revised rules के अनुसार Class 12 school pass-out category के लिए prescribed minimum monthly stipend ₹9,600 है, जहां curriculum qualification Class 12 है। 

क्या सभी applicants को ₹9,600 मिलेगा?

नहीं। पहले valid apprenticeship vacancy में selection और contract आवश्यक हैं। Rate role, prescribed qualification और applicable rules पर निर्भर करेगा।

क्या पूरा stipend सरकार देती है?

नहीं। NAPS-2 में सरकार prescribed stipend का 25 प्रतिशत, अधिकतम ₹1,500 प्रति महीने तक support करती है। बाकी applicable payment employer करता है।

क्या apprenticeship सरकारी नौकरी है?

नहीं। Government portal पर private और public दोनों प्रकार के employers opportunities दे सकते हैं। Apprenticeship training है, regular सरकारी नियुक्ति नहीं।

Apply करने की official website कौन-सी है?

क्या Bihar Board students apply कर सकते हैं?

हाँ। Vacancy में recognised board से 12वीं पास qualification स्वीकार होने पर BSEB students apply कर सकते हैं।

क्या Arts students eligible हैं?

हाँ, लेकिन role-specific eligibility देखनी होगी। Arts students administration, documentation, retail, customer support और data-entry roles देख सकते हैं।

क्या Commerce students eligible हैं?

हाँ। Accounts, billing, inventory, finance support और back-office roles उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं।

क्या Science students eligible हैं?

हाँ। Production, laboratory support, technical support, healthcare और electronics-related roles उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं।

Minimum age क्या है?

Apprentices Act में सामान्य designated trades के लिए minimum age 14 वर्ष और hazardous trades के लिए 18 वर्ष है। Employer notification अलग age range दे सकता है। 

क्या application fee देनी होगी?

Official NCS employment services free हैं। किसी employer notification में permitted fee हो तो केवल official payment gateway और detailed notice के अनुसार भुगतान करें। Personal UPI पर fee न भेजें। 

Apprenticeship की अवधि कितनी होती है?

Duration trade, curriculum और employer के अनुसार अलग हो सकती है। Vacancy और contract में दी गई अवधि को अंतिम मानें।

क्या accommodation free मिलेगा?

कुछ employers accommodation, bus या canteen सुविधा दे सकते हैं, लेकिन यह universal benefit नहीं है। Advertisement से verify करें।

Training के बाद certificate मिलेगा?

Applicable scheme, full training completion और assessment के आधार पर certificate या Certificate of Proficiency मिल सकता है। 

क्या training के बाद permanent job पक्की है?

नहीं। Employer performance और vacancy के अनुसार offer दे सकता है, लेकिन permanent job guaranteed नहीं होती।

NATS में 12वीं पास apply कर सकते हैं?

NATS registration मुख्य रूप से degree और diploma pass-outs के लिए है। केवल Class 12 candidates को NAPS opportunities देखनी चाहिए। 

Application Status कैसे देखें?

जिस portal से आवेदन किया है, उसी candidate dashboard में Applications, Applied Opportunities या Contract Status section देखें।

Employer पैसे मांग रहा है तो क्या करें?

Payment न करें। Employer और vacancy official portal पर verify करें। NCS-related fraud verification के लिए 1514 पर संपर्क किया जा सकता है।
