UGEAC B Arch Admission 2026 बिहार के उन विद्यार्थियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण अवसर है जो architecture में career बनाना चाहते हैं और JEE Main 2026 Paper 2 में appeared हैं या NATA qualified हैं। इस बार BCECEB ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यह आवेदन Gaya College of Engineering, Gaya के First Year 5-year Bachelor of Architecture course के लिए है।

Architecture केवल drawing का subject नहीं है। इसमें building design, space planning, drawing, technology, materials, environment, construction process और people-friendly places बनाने की समझ शामिल होती है। इसलिए B.Arch choose करने से पहले छात्र को creativity के साथ Mathematics, Physics, observation, patience और long-term study commitment पर भी ध्यान देना चाहिए।

कई छात्र यह सोचते हैं कि NATA या JEE Main Paper 2 score मिलने के बाद admission अपने-आप हो जाएगा। ऐसा नहीं है। Bihar B Arch Admission 2026 के लिए BCECEB counselling application, fee payment, merit/rank process और आगे offline counselling/admission rules follow करना जरूरी है। इसलिए इस article को शुरू से अंत तक पढ़ें और अपने documents पहले से तैयार रखें।

UGEAC B.Arch Admission 2026 क्या है?

UGEAC का पूरा नाम Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling है। BCECEB इसका संचालन बिहार के सरकारी engineering colleges में admission/counselling प्रक्रिया के लिए करता है। B.Arch के लिए जारी 2026 notice में Gaya College of Engineering, Gaya के First Year 5-year full-time Bachelor of Architecture course का उल्लेख है।

यहां एक जरूरी अंतर समझें। JEE Main Paper 2 या NATA architecture aptitude/entry requirement से जुड़ा score देता है, लेकिन Bihar state counselling के लिए BCECEB का UGEAC application अलग step है। छात्र को applicable score के साथ BCECEB portal पर registration करना होगा, application form final submit करना होगा और counselling fee pay करनी होगी। Board के notice के अनुसार B.Arch counselling और admission offline आयोजित होगा; proposed counselling date बाद में notify की जाएगी।

इसलिए अगर आपने JEE Main Paper 2 दिया है या NATA qualified हैं, तो भी केवल score card अपने पास रखकर न बैठें। 15 July 2026 की deadline से पहले UGEAC B.Arch application complete करना जरूरी है। Registration, form fill, photo/signature upload, final submit और fee payment—सभी steps पूरे होने पर ही form complete माना जाएगा।

UGEAC 2026 B.Arch Important Dates और Last Date

नीचे dates BCECEB के B.Arch specific notice के अनुसार दी गई हैं। छात्र विशेष रूप से दो deadlines याद रखें: online registration/application submission की deadline 15 July 2026 रात 10 बजे है, जबकि registered candidate के लिए final submission और fee payment की अंतिम समय सीमा उसी दिन रात 11:59 PM है।

Form भरना शुरू कर देने का मतलब application complete होना नहीं है। BCECEB notice में कहा गया है कि यदि candidate prescribed date और time तक final submit और counselling fee payment नहीं करता, तो filled form reject हो सकता है। इसलिए 15 July की शाम तक waiting न करें। Internet, OTP, bank server या payment failure जैसी स्थिति के लिए समय पहले रखें।

Bihar B.Arch Admission 2026 Eligibility: कौन Apply कर सकता है?

BCECEB B.Arch notice के अनुसार आवेदन उन candidates से आमंत्रित हैं जिन्होंने JEE Main 2026 Paper 2 में appeared किया हो या NATA qualified हों और UGEAC 2026 में counselling के लिए valid score रखते हों। Full admission eligibility के लिए BCECEB prospectus और Council of Architecture के rules दोनों देखना जरूरी है।

Architecture admission के लिए Council of Architecture द्वारा बताई गई academic framework के अनुसार candidate ने 10+2 या equivalent में Physics और Mathematics compulsory subjects के साथ पास किया होना चाहिए। इसके अलावा Chemistry, Biology, Technical Vocational subject, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Practices, Engineering Graphics या Business Studies में से कोई एक subject होना चाहिए तथा aggregate में कम से कम 45% marks होने चाहिए। दूसरा route 10+3 Diploma है, जिसमें Mathematics compulsory subject हो और aggregate कम से कम 45% हो।

ध्यान रखें कि NATA qualify करना admission guarantee नहीं है। Council of Architecture की brochure भी कहती है कि NATA एक qualifying aptitude test है और final admission state/competent authority के rules तथा eligibility fulfilment के आधार पर होगा। Bihar के लिए BCECEB द्वारा जारी prospectus और UGEAC B.Arch notice को final authority की तरह पढ़ना चाहिए।

JEE Main Paper 2 और NATA में क्या फर्क है?

दोनों architecture admission route से जुड़े हैं, लेकिन उनके conducting body और admission usage अलग हो सकते हैं। BCECEB के current B.Arch notice में JEE Main 2026 Paper 2 appeared candidates या NATA qualified candidates का उल्लेख है। इसका practical अर्थ है कि eligible score के साथ आपको BCECEB UGEAC B.Arch process में register करना होगा। किस score का merit calculation में कैसे उपयोग होगा, उसका final interpretation BCECEB prospectus और merit list notice से check करें।

NATA 2026 को Council of Architecture संचालित करता है। NATA brochure के अनुसार यह architecture aptitude को drawing/composition, visual reasoning, logical thinking, design sensitivity, language interpretation और numerical ability जैसे areas से assess करता है। Architecture चुनने वाले students के लिए यह समझना उपयोगी है कि course केवल artistic drawing पर नहीं, spatial thinking और technical reasoning पर भी आधारित है।

UGEAC B.Arch 2026 Fees: कौन-सी Fee कितनी है?

यहां सबसे पहले एक confusion clear करें। BCECEB के notice में counselling fee बताई गई है। यह Gaya College of Engineering की full academic tuition fee या hostel fee नहीं है। Course fee, institute charges और अन्य academic charges के लिए counselling/admission के समय official institute information और BCECEB prospectus जरूर check करें।

BCECEB ने online payment के लिए Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking और UPI modes का उल्लेख किया है। Payment करते समय browser बंद न करें, बार-बार back button न दबाएं और transaction reference का screenshot जरूर रखें। यदि account से पैसा debit हो जाए लेकिन portal पर status failed दिखे, तो notice के अनुसार candidate को due date के भीतर payment complete होने की पुष्टि करनी चाहिए; failed transaction का refund बाद में प्रक्रिया के अनुसार हो सकता है।

UGEAC B.Arch Admission 2026 Online Apply कैसे करें?

Application का process multi-step है। इसे एक ही sitting में जल्दबाजी से भरने के बजाय documents और details पहले तैयार कर लें। BCECEB notice के अनुसार registration में candidate को अपना या पिता/माता का सही mobile number और email address use करना चाहिए, क्योंकि verification code और registration communication उसी पर भेजा जाएगा। Verified mobile/email को पूरे session के दौरान बदला नहीं जा सकता।

1. Official UGEAC B.Arch portal खोलें: BCECEB website पर UGEAC 2026 section में “Online Portal of UGEAC-2026 [B.Arch.]” देखें। केवल official URL से ही form भरें।
2. Registration करें: नाम, mobile number और email address ध्यान से भरें। Email/mobile verification code आएगा, इसलिए वही number use करें जो आपके पास active हो।
3. UGAAC ID और password संभालें: Registration के बाद मिलने वाला ID और password सुरक्षित रखें। Password किसी friend, cyber café operator या unknown व्यक्ति को न दें।
4. Personal details भरें: नाम, माता-पिता का नाम, date of birth और category को Class 10/official documents के अनुसार भरें।
5. Contact और educational details भरें: Permanent/correspondence address, 10+2 या diploma details तथा JEE Main Paper 2/NATA related score details सही भरें।
6. Photo और signature upload करें: Portal instructions के अनुसार recent colour photograph, signature और live photo upload करें। Blurry या wrong document upload न करें।
7. Preview check करें: Final submit से पहले spellings, marks, category, score details, mobile/email और uploaded image review करें। गलती हो तो Back to Edit से rectify करें।
8. Final Submit और Fee Payment: Declaration accept करके final submit करें और applicable counselling fee online pay करें। Form भरकर payment छोड़ी तो application incomplete रह सकती है।
9. Confirmation Page व Fee Receipt download करें: Successful payment के बाद confirmation page और fee receipt download करें। Printout या PDF future counselling में काम आएगा।

UGEAC B.Arch 2026 Documents List

BCECEB notice में counselling/allotment के समय applicable original certificates प्रस्तुत करने की बात कही गई है। अभी से एक physical folder और एक digital folder बनाइए। Digital folder में clear PDF/JPG files रखें तथा physical folder में originals और photocopies अलग रखें।

अगर आप EWS, DQ/PwD या किसी special category के अंतर्गत apply कर रहे हैं, तो अपने category-related certificate की validity और format official notice के अनुसार check करें। Documents में नाम, date of birth और parents’ name अलग-अलग होने पर verification में issue आ सकता है। ऐसी स्थिति में पहले supporting document और correction proof का इंतजाम करें।

Merit List, Rank Card और Offline Counselling कैसे होगी?

BCECEB के B.Arch notice में merit list/rank card publication के लिए 18 July 2026 की date दी गई है। Final merit list JEE Main 2026 data की scrutiny के बाद तैयार होने का उल्लेख है। Candidate को rank card जारी होने पर BCECEB portal से इसे download करना चाहिए।

इस particular B.Arch admission process में counselling और admission offline आयोजित होने की बात कही गई है। Proposed counselling date बाद में notify की जाएगी। इसका मतलब है कि rank card आने के बाद official notice board को बार-बार check करना जरूरी होगा, क्योंकि counselling venue, reporting time, seat availability, document verification और admission instructions अलग notification में आ सकते हैं।

एक और जरूरी बात: BCECEB notice के अनुसार B.Arch admission के लिए application/registration केवल एक बार किया जाएगा और उसी registration के आधार पर आगे के counselling rounds की seat allotment process होगी। इसलिए form भरते समय छोटी गलती भी बाद में परेशानी दे सकती है। Editing window 16 से 17 July 2026 है, इसलिए confirmation page देखकर गलती मिले तो उस period में correct करने का मौका लें।

B.Arch चुनने से पहले Student को क्या समझना चाहिए?

B.Arch एक 5-year professional degree course है। यह उन छात्रों के लिए अधिक suitable हो सकता है जिन्हें buildings, homes, public spaces, drawing, design, city planning, environment, materials और technology में genuine interest है। Course में studio work, design assignments, models, site understanding, computer-aided design और presentations जैसी activities आ सकती हैं।

केवल “drawing अच्छी है” इसलिए B.Arch चुनना पर्याप्त कारण नहीं है। Architecture में Mathematics, scale, dimensions, planning, deadlines, teamwork और detailed project work भी शामिल होता है। अगर आपको real spaces को observe करना, problems का creative solution निकालना, design बनाना और technical learning पसंद है, तो यह field आपके लिए meaningful हो सकती है।

Admission से पहले अपने आप से ये questions पूछें: क्या मैं 5-year course के लिए तैयार हूं? क्या मुझे design के साथ Maths और technical subjects भी ठीक लगते हैं? क्या मैं computer-based design tools सीखने के लिए तैयार हूं? क्या मैं portfolio, studio work और presentation practice में समय दे सकता/सकती हूं? इन questions का honest answer आपको बेहतर decision लेने में मदद करेगा।
